How to Order

Placing an order is simple with Lighting Illusions online. Buy lighting and ceiling fans online with ease and save!

1. Do I need to create an account first before I place an order?

No, anyone can order from Lighting Illusions Online. If you do not have an account on our website, one will be automatically created for you when you complete your first purchase. These details can then be used to login in the future to track your order, view your account, or print previous invoices. All your private information is kept securely. 2. Selecting the right product

Firstly, you need to select what product(s) you would like. You can do this by going into any of our Product Pages. Some of our products can have different variations, from size, colour and even number of lights. You can select the variation you want from the drop-down menu. After selecting the product(s) you would like to purchase, just press the Add to Cart button and this will add the product(s) to your shopping cart. Once you have selected all the product(s) you want, you are ready to checkout.

3. Checkout and Payment

Simply enter your details into our checkout and you will be taken to the payment page. For all our online orders we accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express, and Direct Deposit. Your credit card details will be encrypted with industry-leading 128bit SSL encryption, provided by VeriSign. This will ensure your security and provide peace of mind. Please be advised that any third-party costs, such as credit card surcharges and transit insurance paid are non-refundable.

4. Order Confirmation and Tracking

To keep you informed throughout the order process, we will send you emails every step of the way. As soon as it is dispatched you will receive tracking information via email. We ship our orders mainly via Australia Post and Aramex and sometimes other couriers. You can log into your account to track the status of your order.

5. Printing your Tax Invoice

All our goods are dispatched with a delivery docket attached to them. Additionally, you can download your invoice by logging into your Account Page. From here you can view your "Order History" and download invoices for any of your previous order(s).

6. Product Images and Specifications.

While we do our very best to ensure that all product specs are current and up-to-date. Please be aware that manufacturers can make changes to their products in the interest of product improvements or market demands, as such product specs may change without notice. 

All product images on our site are intended to give you a good indication of what the final product will look like. Again, we try to ensure that these are as accurate as possible, however, they should be used as a guide only as the actual product may vary slightly from the image shown.
