How To Place An Order?
Placing an order is simple with Lighting Illusions online. Buy lighting and ceiling fans online with ease and save!
1. Do I need to register first before I place an order?
No. Anyone can order from Lighting Illusions Online. If you do not have an account on our website, one will be automatically created for you when you complete your first purchase. These details can then be used to login in future to, track your order, view your account or print previous invoices. All your private information is keep securely. 2. Selecting the right product
Firstly you need select what products you would like. You can do this by going into any of our Product Pages. Some of our products can have different variations, from size, colour and even number of lights. You can select the variation you want from the drop down menu. After selecting the product you would like to purchase just press the Add to Cart button. This will add the product to your shopping cart. Once you have selected all the products you want you are ready to checkout.
3. Checkout & Payment
Simply enter your details into our checkout and you will be taken to the payment page. For all our online orders we accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express and Direct Deposit. 4. Order Confirmation and Tracking
So you can stay informed throughtout the entire process we will send you emails every step of the way so you can keep track of your order. As soon as it is dispatched you will receive tracking information. You will now be able to log into your account and track the status of your delivery. All our goods are dispatched via Australia Post eParcel. Should you wish to make other arrangement please contact us on 07 3421 3322. You wil also have the option of selecting to pickup the goods from our Macgreogr Branch.
5. Printing your Tax Invoice
All our goods are dispatched with a Tax Invoice attached to them. If however you misplace your invoice you can also print another copy by loging into your account and clicking on "Order History" from here you will see a print invoice button. It is that simple.
