can metal blades be put on the industrie fan

Unfortunately it only comes in Timber Blades however you will find that they are as good on air flow as most metal ones in other brands.

Are there any special considerations when fitting to a concrete ceiling? I'm thinking of replacing an existing light.

Hi.

You will just probably need to purchase a Remote Control as you may not be able to run the extra wire down the wall for the wall controller.
Other than that i would say you should be fine.

Yes it is reversible, it has a Summer/Winter switch.
