Martec Lifestyle 1300mm 52" Ceiling Fan - No Light
The Martec Lifestyle (52") ceiling fan range without light, is a full Die Cast Aluminium ceiling fan with a classic design. It comes with 4 sleek solid New Zealand plywood blades that attach directly into the motor housing.
The Martec Lifestyle ceiling fan is available in a range of high quality finishes - 'Limited Edition' Brushed Aluminium, 'Limited Edition' White or Antique Brass.
Accessories include Remote Control kits which are available in Touch Screen, LCD or STANDARD kits. 900mm or 1800mm extension downrods are also available for high ceilings.
This fan offers a 12.5 degree blade pitch for both low and high air movement and is ideal for both bedrooms and large living areas.

Hi.
No, the Summer/Winter mode is operated from a switch on the fan.
I am not aware of any fans currently available that off this function from the wall or remote.

No, you are not able to add a light to this fan.
You would need to purchase the with light version.

Hi.
The main differences are in the Build Quality, Air Flow and Warranty.
The Lifestyle beats the Grange in all of these areas, offering a 5 year warranty and fantastic airflow.
It is just an all round better fan.

Hi.
They would be a good option in that area. If you are near the beach they will most probably hold up a bit better then normal metal bladed ceiling fans.
These have marine grade plywood blades so they will not be prone to rust.
