Martec’s RF (Radio Frequency) Bathroom Heater LCD Remote Control suits all Martec Bathroom Heater/Exhaust 3 in 1's. Able to be fitted as an after market Remote you can change from a standard wall switch to LCD remote option very easily.

The Martec premium Bathroom Heater/Exhaust LCD Remote Control is both stylish and of course of the highest quality, featuring Full or Half Heat option (4 Heat Models Only, 2 Heat Models is Full Heat Only), Light On/Off, Exhaust Fan On/Off and a handy All Off function for turning everything off when leaving the bathroom with a single press of a button. It also has a 30 metre RF operational range, and makes installation for the electrician very easy.

If I buy the remote & exhaust fan all at once do I need to install the wall plate? Does the unit come standard with a 3 pin plug or do I need an electrician?

No you wont need to install the wall plate, it cant be run using both the wall control and the remote.
It gets wired into the mains and you will need an electrician to do it for you.

Does this connect directly to the Martec terminals or could it be easily modified by an Electrician to fit other 3 in 1's (eg. Heller)? Reason is, customer has normal 3 in 1 installed with switches in Zone 2 damp area.

These remote control kits are specifically designed for Martec Bathroom 3 in 1s and aren't designed to work in conjunction with any other 3 in 1 units.

I currently just have a light in my second bathroom. Can i get an electrician to simply use the current light switch to connect and power the 3 in 1 and then use the remote for the different functions. I have no conduit in the wall and want to avoid any additional wiring costs that i assume i would have with non wireless units.
