The Neoteric Remote Control system is brought to you by Hunter Pacific and is designed to be used exclusively with Hunter Pacific Fans.
It uses a unique programming system that allows Neoteric handsets to be added or replaced by the user without the need for an electrician.

The Power On Light (POL) selector is a unique feature of the Neoteric. When 'on' POL allows the remote system to turn on the light whenever power is applied through the wall/isolating switch (if installed). This means that you can turn the light ON and OFF from a normal wall switch if the handset is not within reach. This feature can also be turned off allowing control only via the handset.

Why use a remote? Often times when installing a new Ceiling fan extra wires need to be run from the fan to the wall controller. In many situations this is simply not possible or to expensive. This is were a remote comes in handy. No Additional wires need to be run down the wall as the remote control unit operates all the fans functions negating the need for a wall controller.

Hi, Just received goods on invoice 25280. All good, but I now realise a remote will make installion easier because of estsing wiring. Please confirm that SKU 5429 is the correct remote for the Typhoon fan. Thanks
