What are the dimensions of this light? Energy saving globe suitable? We are looking for exterior lights for our front brick pillars to highlight the pillar and house number

It is 286mm wide x 105mm high.
It is compatible with edison screw fluorescent globes.

What are the dimensions between holes of mounting bracket? I want to replace existing brick light and need holes to screw around the void left by shell of light
