How am I to fix it without screws to support pillar. Can I have a detail picture of this. Thanks.

There are screws on the top and bottom of the piece you can see on the back of the fitting.
This releases a small plate that can be screwed onto the wall that you are attaching the fitting to.
You can then just put the fitting back on the bracket and put the screws back.

hey just wondering if led globes can be used with this light and if so what size?

Hello Michael,

Pretty much any LED as long as it's a GU10. The only one i don't think would fit is the 8W. So you will be fine with these one's mentioned below.
