The Single PVC Pack with energy saving globe is made up of high quality PVC. This product comes with a base plate attached to a connector, accommodating a single lamp.

The Single PVC Pack is also compatible with energy saving lights. A 23W Energy Saving Lamp equivalent to a 120W Incandescent Globe is included. This globe has an average life of 8000 hours.

It is available in two colours Black and White.

Can this light with a 23w energy saver go on the external fascia board i.e. where it will be expoised to the sun, rain and hail?

No I wouldnt recommend it, they are made to go under eaves and covered areas.
