Cut your electricity costs by using this eco friendly downlight kit. It uses a fraction the power of a normal incandescent globe and can last up to 10 times longer. Dimensions:- This downlight frame comes with a 12 month replacement warranty.
Best of all it connects straight to 240V so there is no need for a transformer
This downlight is a complete kit including an integrated heat guard and a 15W Cool White fluorescent Globe.
These can be used in place of Halogen downlights to meet the 80% energy efficiently requirements for new homes.

VIC Review of 'Energy Saving Fluorescent Low Profile Side Entry Downlight Kit' - 23 Aug The actual enclosure itself is pretty good but the included globe is the old type fluorescent, i.e. it takes a while to illuminate to full brightness. I would recomend changing the globes to the instant 80% light as soon as you turn them on. |

I have added the dimensions to the listing.
Diameter is 110mm cutout is 95mm.

Hi.
It is generally a personal choice. I just depends on how much light you are after.
In a room about that size you could go for either 2 or 4 lights.
I would proably go for 4 myself.
