Best of all it connects straight to 240V so there is no need for a transformer

This downlight is a complete kit including an integrated heat guard and a 15W Cool White fluorescent Globe.

These can be used in place of Halogen downlights to meet the 80% energy efficiently requirements for new homes.

How much can the fluorescent light be dimmed by. How does the fluorescent compare to the LED for energy savings

Hi.

This fluorescent globe is not able to be dimmed.
Energy saving wise they are very similar. LED are better but are a lost more expensive to produce the same amount of light as this fluoro would give you.
