Mercator's RF (Radio Frequency) remote control are designed specifically for Mercator Ceiling fan range including the Ciesta, Seville, Grange, Swift, Kimberley, Hayman and Hamilton Ceiling Fans.

It allows for three fan speed controls: Hi, Med and Low, as well as an ability to control a fan light.
This remote is also compatible with today's range of Fluorescent Globes.

The kit comes complete and is ready to install it also has a wall cradle which mounts to the wall and batteries for the remote.

12 Month Warranty

The remote comes with 12 month replacement warranty.
If you have any problems within this period simply contact Mercator Lighting and they will take care of the warranty.

Can I still switch the ceiling fan light off/on at the wall, independently of the remote control to enter a dark room if can't find the remote control. Wish to use with a new Brilliant Contempo II with two compact eco fluo bulbs.

Hi.

You can't run the light from the remote as well as a wall switch. It can on be one or the other.

You can get a replacement, however, that comes as a complete kit.

The Mercator remote comes with receiver only.
Unfortunately, this can't be purchased alone.

This remote looks exactly the same as the Hunter Pacific (SKU #: HUN1146) remote. Can this remote be used in Hunter Pacific fans aswell?
