I would like to buy 2 of the Hunter outdoor elements 11 fans and would like to add the wall control unit. Do I also need to buy another part to add to the motor of these fans upon installation to be able to use this control unit. Also, can you please confirm that a remote control will not work on these particular fans.

Hi.
You don't need anything extra other than the wall controller.
Unfortunately this fan can't be used with a remote.
