Questions & Answers
Ask New Question
The product specifications state that this unit cannot be shortened. Not being able to make out the exact wiring in your photos, I am writing to enquire if it would be possible to pay my electrician to cut the cord and re-wire it?
Asked by Elizabeth from Penrith, NSW - 23 June 2018

Hi Elizabeth, many thanks for your question. I have checked with the manufacturer Eglo and the Redford pendant can be shortened by your installing electrician. Apologies for our incorrect information on the website, I have corrected this. Thanks, Heather
