Questions & Answers

Ask New Question

Can you shorten the chord? Thx

Asked by Janine from Bellbrae - 26 August 2016

Hi Janine,

Thanks for your message. Yes your electrician will be able to shorten the cord of the pendant for you. Let me know if you have any further questions at all.

Kind Regards - Zarah

Hi Can an electrician access the fittings/connections to replace the supplied cord with a much longer one: we have a 2.3 metre drop requirement.

Asked by Bronte Parkin from Perth - 02 August 2016

Hi Bronte,

Thanks for your message. Your electrician can put in a new cord but it will void the warranty of the fitting so I would not advice it.

Kind Regards - Zarah
