However, should you find the identical stocked item at a cheaper price in-store or online, we will match that price provided it meets these Terms and Conditions.
Lighting Illusions stock the best and brightest products (pun intended) to suit any interior or exterior design. We have procured high-quality products from the best local suppliers and from around the world to ensure that our customers are kept up to date with the latest trends and styles in both lighting and ceiling fan products.
Lighting Illusions brick-and-mortar stores offer an eight-week lay-by service. A deposit equal to 40% of the total purchase value is required after which gradual payments can be made. Full payment can be made at any time within eight weeks.
Out of Stock Products
We endeavour to keep as many items in stock as possible to facilitate the fastest possible shipping to our customers. However, there are times when products may need to be ordered from our interstate warehouses. If this occurs, we will email the customer to advise them of any delays and give them an approximate date of when we expect the goods to arrive. In the event that we need to order in stock, please allow up to 5 business days for the goods to be received into our warehouse, before dispatch to the customer can take place.
