Reviews

Looks beautiful. Heat lamp works well. Most 3 in 1 exhaust/heat/light fans have terrible lighting unless heat lamp is on. The LED lights on this fan are good and I don't need any other light in the bathroom. The fan is still noisy but just comparable to other devices. The look is beautiful and it appears like a high end appliance.

Hi can you please advise me of the clearance needed from the ceiling to the external roof space? I only have about 300mm clearance from the ceiling to the roofing

Asked by David from South Melbourne - 15 August 2016

Hi David,

Thanks for your message. The minimum ceiling depth required for this bathroom exhaust is 210mm. The total depth of the exhaust is 205mm. Let me know if you have any further questions at all.

Kind Regards - Zarah

Would this unit be suitable for a bathroom which is 2.37m x 2.58m or would I need the bigger model? (we have some restrictions with size). Thanks

Asked by Karen from sunshine coast, qld - 10 August 2016

Hi Karen,

Thanks for your message. Your bathroom exhaust fan will also depend on the height of your ceiling and if you have any other ventilation in the room. The Linear Mini bathroom exhausts are ideal for small to medium bathrooms, but a larger size will have a higher extraction rate as well.

Kind Regards - Z

Is the fan motor attached to the unit or separate ?

Asked by Craig burrows from Thirroul nsw - 05 August 2016

Hi Craig,

The fan motor is attached to the unit.

Kind Regards - Z
